1. Who is ArtsJobs service open too?

The ArtsJobs service is open to any BA and MA graduate of up to 2 years from the university of the Arts London.

2. I've just graduated and I'm looking for a permanent role, how can ArtsTemps/ ArtsJobs help me?

If you register with us you will be on our database for temp jobs within the University as well as perm graduate jobs with external companies.

3. Is there anywhere else I can go in the university to find permanent work?

Yes, Creative opportunities list jobs directly from the employers, please go to the UAL Careers website for more information.

4. When was ArtsTemps/ArtsJobs established?

ArtsTemps was set up in September 2009. ArtsJobs is a new service that we provide purely for graduates.

5. Is there anything I can do to improve my chances of finding a job after graduating?

Yes, please make sure your CV is up to date and if not, Creative Careers are on hand to offer one to one CV checks and advise, please refer to the Creative Careers website for more information;

6. How will I be notified about new roles?

When you are interviewed for ArtsTemps we try and find out as much as possible about your experience and skills. We use this to match you to new vacancy's we get in. If we think a role is suitable for you we will get in touch.

7. Will I get interview feedback after interviewing for a company?

Yes, ArtsTemps will try and get you feedback from the company after your interview.

9. What sectors do you recruit for?

We launched in the summer of 2011, our aim is to eventually cover all creative sectors, we're working hard to do this, however as the saying goes 'Rome wasn't built in a day'

10. I can't turn up for an interview what do I do?

You need to inform a member of the ArtsTemps team as soon as you can. We understand that things can go wrong but the most important thing is that you communicate this to us in plenty of time.

11. What happens if I fail to notify anyone that I am unable to attend when I am due to register with ArtsTemps/ ArtsJobs or attend an interview with an external company?

We have very strict rules in place when dealing with this. You will be taken off our database and we will be unable to put you forward for any future roles.
