Every candidate completes an hour interview by the ArtsTemps administrator which includes a 30 minute testing in MS office, grammar and copy typing.

This rarely occurs but if it does happen with 12 weeks, but depending on the reasons we can discuss providing a placement free of charge.

12. Why should I use the UAL in-house recruitment agency?

The University of the Arts London is the largest arts university in Europe, we have a wealth of talent in a wide range of creative disciplines at a range of levels (from Fda, BA and MA's), and we offer the opportunity to find out about graduate skills directly. PLUS - our fee is relatively low and only due on placement of the graduate.

13. Does ArtsJobs offer additional recruitment services?

Yes, if our recruitment service isn't for you and you'd prefer to receive the candidate CV's yourself, you could choose from following options:

  • Page banner on the graduate page
  • E-Shot the database with a branded advert
  • Place a branded advert on our website
  • Give us a call to discuss the best option for your needs.

14. I have a big recruitment drive coming up, how can you help me?

We are happy to discuss one of the above options. We also run a part-time job fair twice a year, in April and October, stands are available to book at any stage. Our part-time job fair is a cost effective way to recruit a large number of staff for temporary or part-time roles. If you are looking to recruit outside of the April and October dates, let us know we now offer tailored recruitment events to employers, previously we've held events for H&M, Puma and Forever 21.
